FRENCH TOAST

3 eggs, beaten - FREE at Winn Dixie this week for purchasing 4 Boxes of Kellogg's Cereal
1/4 cup milk - FREE at Winn Dixie this week for purchasing 4 Boxes of Kellogg's Cereal
1/2 teaspoon vanilla - This is part of my Stockpile from Christmas Baking
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - Approximately 5 Cents
10 slices French bread - My Father-N-Law gave us 6 Loaves of French Bread yesterday - FREE

In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs with the milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip a slice of bread into mixture then place into a heated pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side on medium heat or until desired doneness.

Syrup - My Daddy gives food products/paper products/cleaning products to the adults as gifts instead of real presents for Holidays or even just when we go to town to visit. This is something he knows we can all use. One of the things he gave us when he saw us last was a bottle of syrup. FREE

Smoked Sausage - I found a bunch of these large size packages at Food World marked down to $2, I bought every package they had and froze them. I will fry up half of one package. $1

Salad Dressing - FREE - The Entire Bottle was only 4 Cents at Wal-Mart when they had Kraft Salad Dressing on Sale for $1.54 and I had $1.50 Coupons

Fresh Garlic Bread - My Father-N-Law gave us 6 Loaves of French Bread Yesterday; Garlic Spread - Approximately 50 Cents Worth

  • Thursday - Pizza Stuffed Bread - $3.96

PIZZA STUFFED BREAD

1 lb Italian style sausage - $2 on markdown at Food World
2 loaves Fresh bread, unsliced - My Father-N-Law gave us 6 Loaves of French Bread Yesterday - FREE
2 c Italian tomato sauce or pizza sauce - 97 cents at Wal-Mart
1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded - This was on sale at Food World a couple of weeks ago for 99 cents a pound. This was such a good price that I stocked up. - 99 cents

Crumble sausage into frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sausage is not pink. Drain. Split the bread horizontally, lengthwise but do not cut it all the way through, just so that it "hinges" open. Spoon pizza sauce over the cut surface of the bread. Top with the cooked sausage. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over. Close the bread sandwich style.
Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes. To serve, unwrap. Cut into thick slices.

BREADED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE RINGS

1 egg FREE at Winn Dixie this week for purchasing 4 Boxes of Kellogg's Cereal
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick - On Sale this Week at Winn Dixie Buy one - Get One FREE - $2.79
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs - I will use what is left of the French Bread to make these bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil Approximately 50 Cents
3 to 4 unpeeled apples On Sale at Winn Dixie this week 99 Cents/lb - This should be approximately 1 pound worth.

Mix egg, water and seasonings together. Dip pork chops in egg-water mixture, then roll in crumbs and let set a few minutes. In hot oil brown chops on both sides. Cover and cook slowly about 30 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm. Core apples and slice 1/2 thick. After chops are cooked fry apple slices in the same pan until tender and lightly browned. Serve.

Julienne Potatoes - FREE when Food World was Tripling Coupons a Couple of Months Ago made with FREE milk and about 25 cents worth of margarine.

1 Can 50% Less Salt Del Monte Sweet Peas - FREE at Publix when it was Buy One Get One FREE and I had a 40 Cent Coupon on Del Monte 50% Less Salt
